Your role with the company

You will have ultimate responsibility to provide operational financial leadership and analysis to support plant management in making sound business decisions with a goal of improving profitability. Specifically, you’ll be responsible over cost accounting, inventory control, CAPEX monitoring, revenue recognition and credit management, monthly performance analysis and all reporting and commentary on the results. You will also be responsible to produce forecasts and budgets of the plant P&L.

Successful candidates will have many of these things

  • Accounting degree (required)
  • CMA designation (preferred)
  • 4+ years direct cost accounting experience
  • 8+ years operational accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong systems/ERP experience, SAP preferred
  • Advanced excel skills
