Provides Quality leadership to a team of employees, ensuring continuous process improvement and high Quality standards for its customers. Drives performance improvement, generates plant-level reporting on audits, CARs, SCARs, SPC, customer complaints, etc., manages customer relationships relating to product or service quality, and ensures food safety training and awareness is managed across the facility. Leads cross-functional teams towards root cause/corrective action on significant Quality events. Relocation assistance provided. Must also be willing to relocate within 2-3 years if deemed necessary by the business.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- 5-10 years Quality Management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Significant experience in Six Sigma, kaizen, continuous process improvement, and leading cross-site teams
- BS Degree in Engineering preferred
